David serves as CEO for Pet Food Solutions and has held various executive level positions in manufacturing, service industries and business development. These positions include President, Crane Kemlite; Group CFO, Crane Engineered Materials; Member, Clifton Gunderson LLP; Executive Vice President, Mahoney Environmental; General Manager, Preferred Oil. He has over 15 years of experience with Mahoney Enterprises in the fats and oils business.
Jodi serves as the president of Pet Food Solutions. She started her career at KPMG's Chicago audit practice in 1998. She also worked in various accounting roles for several large Chicago based companies. Beginning in 2010, she joined Sustainable Sourcing where she gained experience in the fats and oils industry. Jodi has earned a bachelor's degree in accountancy from the University of Illinois and a master's degree in history from DePaul University. She brings significant real world experience to our team.
Craig Grantham is a solutions focused C level executive with more than 25 years of success across the consumer products, food production, agriculture, and hard goods industries. He leverages extensive CPG experience developing strategy, sales, management, and business development for cross-industry opportunities. Craig provides value added solutions in both products and services based on Fortune 100 best practice thinking and in depth experience.
Scott Lewis serves as Manager of Operations for Pet Food Solutions. Scott started his career at DSM Engineering Plastics in 1992 working in Research and Development. He held various positions including Process/Plant Engineer, Quality Manager and Plant Manager. He has a BS in Management from the University of Southern Indiana and an MBA from Murry State University.
Dr. James Peterson is the Technical Consultant at Pet Food Solutions, LLC. Dr. Peterson joined the PFS team in 2018 and has led the efforts to define and characterize our products by designing and implementing scientific studies in collaboration with outside research institutions. Prior to coming to Pet Food Solutions, he held multiple leadership positions in research and development at Novus International, Pfizer, Pharmacia, and Monsanto. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry in 1977 from Lawrence University in Appleton, Wisconsin. He then earned his Ph.D. in Synthetic Organic Chemistry in 1984 from Northwestern University.
Sarah Neighbors is the Controller for Pet Food Solutions. Prior to her role here, she served as Accounting Manager and developed into the CFO at Town Center Bank Sarah has been in the fats and oils industry since 2017. Sarah earned her degree in accounting from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Illinois CPA Society.
